Starting this upcoming academic year 23-24, all students in grades 3-12 using Chromebooks will be required to pay a $30 insurance fee.
This insurance fee is necessary due to the rising prices of technology purchases and repairs.
It will help cover the costs associated with obtaining and maintaining the devices, ensuring students have reliable technology for their education.
The Pembina and Walhalla gym will be closed during the week of July 31st. The floors will be refinished during that time and should be ready for use the following week (August 7th).
Danny was one of this year's recipients of Books for Bikes from the Tongue River Masonic Lodge. The Masonic Lodge donated 7 gift certificates for a new bike and helmet to be awarded to our elementary students. Students received tickets for reading throughout the month to be entered in the drawing. If you're child was a recipient, don't forget to turn your certificate into Do It Best of Cavalier to get your new wheels! Students must complete 30 hours of classroom and 6 hours of behind the wheel training. Class will begin daily at 9am and run to 12:30 for a half hour lunch break. Class will continue from 1pm-3:30pm
