As our school year comes to a close and our sports teams are finishing up their season, I want to send a big thank you out to the following people/organizations. The North Border Sports Boosters has been so supportive when it comes to our athletic programs and students. Our student athletes have opportunities that most schools can't provide due to their support throughout the year. Another big shout out goes to our coaches and the amount of time they put in during the year to help our student athletes be their best. To all the parents who find ways to make it to their kids games when work, life, and time is a constant factor, I thank you for supporting them through it all. Commitments are made by so many people and organizations in order to have a successful and strong athletic program. Thank you to everyone who has had a part in this process.

These culinary artists got to demonstrate their learning of knife cuts and temperature checking by preparing this delicious meal for the Culinary Arts final! The meat cuts are from JT Double E meats, and the homemade fries were phenomenal! ๐คค

Pembina HS seniors shared their life lessons this afternoon during lunch hour. All grades 7-12 add their own "life lessons" that they've learned about school and life every year, leading to a cumulative collection of lessons from their journey through junior high and high school. Some highlights include: "I have learned that my class is my family" and "I have learned that the work you have put in will pay off."

These Pembina Elementary 6th grade students met the requirements to receive this year's Presidential Award for Educational Excellence. These students have received a 3.5-4.0 GPA and have scored advanced on the North Dakota State Assessment. These young men are a true testament to the Proverb, "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another." Excellent work, gentlemen! Continue to be leaders in encouraging and motivating one another to be the best you can be! ๐๐
