Please read the following regarding the Walhalla elem concert on Monday, Dec. 18 @ 6pm in the Civic Center.
Our Pembina office received some phone calls regarding a soft lockdown that occurred. We also had questions about the ambulance that was called to our school on 12/12/2023. One of our students was injured during recess/gym time and needed medical attention. When we call a soft lockdown, we are just keeping our students out of the way and in their classroom. There isn't a threat to any other students during a soft lockdown, and we want to make sure we are respecting our students and their families privacy. If there is an event that involves your children, we will notify everyone through our website, email, phone, and Facebook. We would send out an alert as soon as possible.
