Families of elementary students at Walhalla, please take a moment to look at this information regarding state testing, important dates coming up, and a volunteer opportunity for families! Mr. Amb
A couple reminders about early childhood and related services from Mr. Amb
1. If you have not done so, please email Mr. Amb the name and DOB of the student in your family who will be attending at the Walhalla site next year. We are trying to prepare for the number of incoming students. Open house is April 23 at both sites, from 5:00-6:00 PM.
2. North Border, in cooperation with Lake Region Special Education, offers free early childhood screenings for any child between the ages of 3 and 5 who does not currently attend PK or K here at North Border. If you have any concerns at all about your child's development, please contact either Mr. Amb at the Walhalla site or Mrs. Gruenberg at the Pembina site. Child find early screening information pertains to the entire district.
