Strom Homes
Parents are urged to make arrangements for their students to remain in town if weather conditions become so severe that buses cannot be sent on the routes. In the event that buses cannot be sent out, students are expected to go to their prearranged storm homes when school is dismissed.
If the family cannot make arrangements for a storm home, the school will assign a storm home from a list of volunteer storm homes. Please contact the school if you want us to arrange a storm home for your students.
When the storm home option is used, school will be held the following day but buses will not run. Students who return home during the evening are expected to return to school the next day if school is held.
